Boa noite

Recebi um aviso informando que minha conta Trello associada ao e-mail seria excluída por inatividade. Perdi o prazo por poucos dias. Minha conta Atlassian ainda existe, porém ao acessar o Trello o sistema informa que devo criar uma nova conta, indicando que o perfil Trello anterior foi removido. Gostaria de saber se os dados da conta antiga ainda estão em período de retenção e se existe possibilidade de restauração.

Hello @Rosana Vieira Sbruzzi 

This looks like Trello’s dormant account policy, which deletes profiles inactive for over two years. Your main Atlassian account often stays active, which is why you can log in but are prompted to start fresh.

As the Community cannot recover data, please contact Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to see if your profile can be restored. If your colleagues can still view the old boards, you can simply create a new Trello account and have them re-invite you. Please do not share personal details or board links here.
