My comments are creating new random cards. Why?

All of a sudden my comments are creating new cards. What is causing this?

How do i fix it?

Hi @Matt Chadwick welcome to the Atlassian community.

My thoughts: The chances are your Trello admin might have added power up's? It's also good time to revisit if any automation rule is enabled.

There's no new Power Ups and no new automations that should cause this. 

I'll double check. I see on another thread that it's not just me.
