My colleague's trello board wont show cards within each list

It is showing that there are 4 cards but she cant open them.  We are trying all visibility settings and getting  no where 

Is there a reason - or a specific way to connect  these?

Are you able to provide a screenshot?

Can you confirm what browser is being used or if this is using the desktop app? 

If using the app, can you confirm Windows or MacOS?

Hi @Louise I'm not sure if you're still stuck - but it sounds to me like their board likely has a filter applied. See my response to this post for more information.
