My Trello board was closed and I am the admin – how can I recover it?

Details:
Hello,

My Trello board (https://trello.com/b/4M5CU3oY) has been closed, and I was the administrator of that board. I am not sure why it was closed, and I currently cannot access it.

This board is important for my work, and I would like to know:

  • Why was the board closed?
  • Is there a way to reactivate or recover it?
  • Are there any steps I need to follow to restore access?

I would appreciate any guidance or support to resolve this issue.

Hi @John Wolf 

It looks like you are not alone - few users recently also having a similar problem related to "closed" boards which might be something related to a dormant policy

I was able to successfully reopen the board, and everything is working correctly now.
