Trello board suddenly closed. Only the admin can reopen.

Hi, our Trello board has suddenly closed and we can no longer access the board.

The admin referenced no longer works at the organisation and so we cannot contact them.

Hey Cora — this is Gustavo from the Trello support team.

After looking at your board, we've confirmed that it's been closed without a new board admin being promoted due to a malfunction on the execution of our dormant account policy, which affects the current admin of the board.

The expected behavior is that a new board admin would be promoted, so that the board could be reopened easily reopened after the inactive admin account is deleted. Since that did not happen in this case, I've gone ahead and promoted your account manually.

If you navigate to this board again, you should now see an option to reopen it.
