My Butler command for due date is not working.

The command reads as follows: 14 days before a card is due, add the red "P1 (Now)" label to the card.  Due dates are added to cards, the command is enabled, but no labels are appearing.

Hi @meryl.krich I'm not an expert in Trello but when I try to create automation for duedate, I can see the message :
