Is it possible to pin (lock in place) a list?

Hi all - A quick list related question.

Is it possible to pin (lock in place) a list - so users don't (accidentally) move it.

We still need people to move cards between lists ... but they must not be able to mess with the board layout.

Ideally I'd want to restrict regular users to the following...
• Adding new cards;
• Editing existing cards;
• Moving cards between lists.

Can this be done?

@FCFY no these kinds of access controls aren't available in Trello
