Is it possible to get custom fields to only show up on some cards on a board?

When creating custom fields, they are being applied to all cards on the board, is it possible to only have custom fields on specific cards on the board?

as @Hannah Humbert - Simpla Workflows said it is not possible with Custom Fields by the moment. But if for you it could be enough having fields in some list and not having those ones in other lists, you can do that with Crmble Power-Up by using Crmble Fields.

No, I don't believe that's possible. Power-ups are applied at the board level, not the card level, so all cards in that particular board will be affected. What's the use-case for wanting the fields to be only applied to some cards?
