Is it possible to add a power up automatically when I create a card?

When I create a card on one board I would like to duplicate the card on another board and create a card dependency.

Both.  I want to have one board that is an 'At-A-Glance' board to track a card through multiple other boards in the production process.

I would like to create the card in the engineering board and duplicate it to the at-a-glance board then track it throughout the entire process (boards)

I was hoping to be able to do this with the Card Dependency by Screenful (I think) power up and use an automation to create the duplicate card and add the power up.

Unito had something that looked promising but was almost $800 / month and that is way out of my non-existent budget.
