How do I get notifications?

If I add checklist items to a card in Trello and I add an expiration date and an owner, I expect to be notified when the item expires. But I don't receive any notifications. how do I solve this?

Hi @Emma Jane !

If you're not getting notifications for checklist items in Trello, it's likely because you're not assigned to them. Only the person assigned to a checklist item will receive notifications about due dates.

To get notifications, make sure to assign the checklist items to yourself. You can view all items assigned to you by going to "Your Items" via the Trello Home page.
