Community portal pages keep refreshing

Community Portal refreshes continously.

This only occurs on the Atalassian Community site. Does not occur on any other site.

Tried the usual clearin gof Chache Cookies, etc..

 

Same question was raised via another post, but the answer given by Atlassian Team member Nivedhya Vikram1 does not resolve the issue. Looking for a resolution please.

Fyi, this is occurring with Edge and Chrome browsers

Hello @Paul Palasti ,

Good day!

  • Could you try clearing cookies and cache from your current browsers and test?
  • Or open a incognito window and try
  • Disable any plugins and then try

Edge

  1. Cleared Cache, Cookies etc.. issue still persists
  2. Opened Private Window, issue still persists

Chrome

  1. Cleared Cache, Cookies etc.. issue still persists
  2. Opened Incognito mode, issue still persists

Hi @Paul Palasti and thank you @Shalini Pradhan for the earlier troubleshooting steps here! 

Our technical team tried to reproduce this issue this morning but we've been unable to do so - if you're still experiencing this, could you please share a screen recording (easily done with Loom) or HAR file with our team? 

If you're able to share a HAR file, you can provide it to the team via email at communitymanagers@atlassian.com ☺️

I have flagged this ticket for someone from Atlassian to check out. Any updates you can already add here to help troubleshoot the issue would be helpful, like:

- Since when does this occur?

- Any option to share a short screen recording of the behavior?

- Which browser(s) have you tried/used?

- Can you share the steps to reproduce
