community portal pages keep refreshing

community portal pages keep refreshing

I have tried to access the portal and the pages keep refreshing. Sometimes I get lucky and can hit the "x" in the browser refresh icon and it will stop, like it did here. I have tried incognito and I have tried firefox. Same result. I think my account is corrupted.

Please try this browser troubleshooting and see if it works.

As I stated. It happens on all different computers and with firefox. It does not happen with any other websites. It even happens on my phone.

Absolutely. The only way I was even able to reply to you was by constantly hitting my browser reload button and time it for the "X" to come up. Took me about 3 or 4 minutes to get the refresh to stop so I could type this.

Thank you @Rob_ for the effort to check it!

This issue has already been fixed (it was related to cookies), but you might still have cached data or old cookies causing the problem.

Please check whether clearing your cookies and cache helps 🤞
