Collaborator limit not reached but still can;t add people

Hi

I'm the admin of the free board and have removed old some old numbers from this board before. Now we only have 6 collabaorators and I would like to add one more. However, it says I'm over the 10 collabaorators limit and won't let me add it. Can you please help me have a look?

I had seen a similar request earlier today. Makes me think, is this something recently widespread issue?

Please refer my comment here, to see if the count do dally or not.

Hi thanks for the response. Yes it does solved my problem as I realised I need to use the Members + button on the left of screen other then the top of board. I have been able to remove someonepermanently which gave me a few more spaces.
