Trello workplace view only as over collaborater limit but only 3 members?

Seems to be a bug as free version has up to 10 members on a board but we only have 3. Any solution please?!

Please review the count collaborators, including members, guests, and pending invitations. 

If the numbers do not add up, please submit a request with the Trello support team.
