Checklist within a checklist

Is there a way to create a checklist within a checklist item?

In this picture, we have different programs we use in our process but each checklist item has multiple steps within it (this is reflected by the ">" symbols.) Rather than using the symbols, we would like to make checklists within the checklist itself. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Checklists are flat in structure but 1 simple options I have used for this are:

1 - Using the formatting to create a hierarchy

2 - Same but with Emoji's to make it visually clearer
