Can't recover my account (e-mail verification)

I recently cleaned my browser cookies and logged out of my other Trello's account. When asked for my e-mail to do the verification, I informed my ProtonMail personal e-mail that was linked to my account, but the recover link was never received. Please, if someone from the support could contact me, I'd be grateful. I can't lose that account!

That didn't work for me. How may I open a ticket for my account, as in one of the answers?

As like the verification e-mail, is it possible for the answer from the support never comes up?
