Can't connect planner to outlook

I can't connect my Microsoft outlook calendar to my planner. It keeps saying I need admin approval. How can I resolve this?

Thats a Work Outlook Account/Company enviroment? If yes Microsoft 365/Entra admin need probably to check the Trello Planner enterprise application and whether Assignment required was enabled, then assign the user/group.

Everything depends on Exactly error message you get, but for me that's most probably reason and you need involve Entra Admin.
