When I try to add an outlook account to planner, I get an error that says: "Your administrator has configured the application Trello Planner for Outlook ('removed') to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application."
I am an admin for both Atlassian (Jira) and Trello, but I can't find how to provide this access.

I think you'll need help from a global admin or application admin in Microsoft 365. You may need to grant users access in Microsoft Entra Admin Center. Under Enterprise applications you can check if the Trello app is set to 'assignment required'. If so users or groups can be assigned by a Microsoft admin.
