Hello. Accidently, our office signed up for 3 workspaces for Trello and for the past 3 years, we have paid for 3 work spaces. With your help, we have resolved that issues and we now only have one work space. However, that work space now says that we are on a 'trail period' and have 8 more days before our trial period ends and we have to pay. However, we already paid more than $300 over the past year for the 3 workspaces....so I want to find out how to credit those amounts to this 1 workspace left. We were last billed in September of 2023 and we paid our fees then. How do we correct this issue? Thank you
