Billing question

Hello.  Accidently, our office signed up for 3 workspaces and for the past 3 years, we have paid for 3 work spaces.   With your help, we have resolved that issues and we now only have one work space.  However, that work space now says that we are on a 'trail period' and have 8 more days before our trial period ends and we have to pay.   However, we already paid more than $300 over the past year for the 3 workspaces....so I want to find out how to credit those amounts to this 1 workspace left.   We were last billed in September of 2023 and we paid our fees then.  How do we correct this issue?  Thank you

@Donna Wood you would need to submit a support request to Trello and see if there is anything they can do for you.  You can do that by going to this link https://trello.com/contact/ scroll to the bottom and login if you are not currently logged in.  Then there will be a form you can submit make sure you choose billing as what they can help you with.
