Add member to linked card

Hello. I am trying to figure out an automation rule that will, when adding a member to a card, add the same member to a linked card. Automation rejects this, I am assuming because it would create an infinite loop. Does anyone have any experience with this type of automation?

I solve it. The solution was simple setting the username to add to the linked card to 

{addedusername}

That way, no matter who adds members to the card, the linked card always adds the member added
