subscribers count issue

why subscribers count is different and it is not updating in real time why removed subscribers are in the count but as on my page i have 3 active and 2 unsbscribers subscribers but i can see a count of 13

Hey Nimish,

Hope you're doing well.

For Trial Pages, Statuspage keeps track of all Subscriber ever added to a Page. This is done to ensure there is no Abuse of the product. As Trial pages are meant to try out the product, the Subscriber limit is set 25 users with deleting a Subscriber not removing them from the subscriber count.

This only exists for Trial pages. For the Paid plan, Subscriber Count is calculated in Real time.
