Hello everyone. I want to create an incident everytime i receive an email on that component. But it only created an incident without any other information. 
I dont want to appear only "Partial Outage" , i want to add more information. How can i do it?

Currently, Statuspage allows for automatic component updates via the email automation option. However, there isn't a built-in feature to create incidents automatically through the same setup.

To achieve this, you might consider using an app like Opsgenie, which can trigger incidents in Statuspage from an Opsgenie alert integration. For more information, you can refer to the Opsgenie integration documentation here. Alternatively, you can explore using Statuspage's API functionalities to automate incident creation.
