We have an existing Atlassian Cloud site URL orgzit.atlassian.net tied to our current Statuspage setup. We need to know the supported way to release, rename, or migrate this site URL so another Atlassian account/site can use it. Self-service rename via Admin → Apps → App URLs is not available for our org. What is the correct process?

In this case, please contact the organisation admin of orgzit.atlassian.net and ask them to raise a support request with our Cloud Administration team at:
Atlassian Support

They can share the description below in the ticket so the right team can advise on the supported options:

“We have an existing Atlassian cloud site URL: http://orgzit.atlassian.net/. We need to know the supported way to release, rename, or migrate this site URL so another Atlassian account/site can use it. 

Once the org admin raises that ticket, our cloud Administration team can review the current configuration and confirm the appropriate next steps.
