The creator of the Atlassian team was a contractor who has left the company as well as been removed from the Atlassian team (:()) .
He was the sole billing admin.
We are on a free plan and only using the statuspage.io product. We need to upgrade but cannot do this without a billing admin.
I am at a loss on how to submit a support ticket to request that I be made the new billing admin for the team.
