Subscribing to Incident or Maintenance only

Hi All,

I have a use case where I have subscribers which are in different parts of an organization. Some run incident management and some run change management. Incident management teams do not wish to receive the notifications for Maintenances and vice versa.

Is there a way to subscribe only for a specific type of notification? Incidents only or Maintenances only?

Thanks for your inquiry. Currently, Statuspage does not offer the option to subscribe exclusively to Incidents or Maintenance.

However, we have already submitted this as a feature enhancement request to our team. The feature request ID is STATUS-782.

This request aims to enable targeting users who are specifically interested in particular maintenance updates.

Is there an update for STATUS-782 ?

Some of our providers are so very verbose with all their scheduled maintenance in every region, so we end up just ignoring all the noise. We really just need the outages to be highly visible during incident management.
