I am currently facing a issue with our atlassian account and Statuspage site. After some attempts, we have not been able to find a proper way to delete either the Atlassian account or the Statuspage site.
Here’s a summary of what we have tried:
We are the only user and billing admin on the account, so it’s not possible to transfer admin rights or remove ourselves as admin.
When attempting to delete the Statuspage site, we receive a message stating there is an active billing subscription, but since we are on the free plan, there are no options to cancel or remove the subscription from the billing page.
The Atlassian admin console does not provide an option to delete the organization, likely because it is still linked to the Statuspage site.
The self-service GDPR erasure option is blocked due to the account being the last billing admin with active entitlements.
We have reviewed the documentation and explored all available options, but there does not seem to be a clear path to fully delete the account and associated site. If anyone has successfully resolved this situation or can provide further guidance, your help would be greatly appreciated.

The customer advocate team should be able to cancel the free plan, which should unblock your ability to delete the page. If not, they can also assist with deleting the page. Feel free to reference this community post when opening the ticket with them.
