I got the notification to update the API keys and when I login to my Atlassian account, the Statuspage page ID is different than the the one I see we actually have setup in Intercom. Does that mean there's more than one Statuspage account? I'm a little confused.

Mate, I'll need you to raise a support ticket through https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ to help you with this, as we'll need the statuspage page id's to investigate and I don't want to ask you to share those publicly.
Most likely, your account has access to a particular Statuspage, but isn't a team-member for the one setup in Intercom, which is why you can't find it through the Statuspage Management interface - we only show Statuspages you're a member on. It could also be managed in a different Atlassian site and Org, which you're not a member of.
