Hello,

We have recurring maintenance every 4th Sunday of the month, and also every Thursday, at set times.  Since there is currently not an option to set recurring maintenance, what would be the best way to accomplish this?

Hello Cat,

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community support.

I understand you'd like to setup recurring Maintenance on your Statuspage.

Currently, there is no "out of the box" feature that allows you to do this, either via the UI or via API. Although this functionality is currently unavailable, we have an internal feature request, STATUS-28, that is being reviewed by our engineering team for implementation.

I have added your ticket to that request and made a note that you have requested this feature. Since Statuspage feature requests are currently only internally available, I don’t have a link to share with you at the moment. In the future, if you’d like to check in on the progress of the feature request, just open a new ticket with our team and request an update on STATUS-28.

A workaround I can suggest would be to create an API script that creates a Maintenance, and tune that script to open new events at regular intervals.

I would recommend keeping an eye out on our Community page for any news about feature updates. You can also read about our feature implementation policy here.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with.

Regards
Siddhartha
