I'm trying to organize my Atlassian organization because it's in multiple places, but I don't know if it's because of the statuspage service, but it won't delete.
Atlassian service is really bad. Please delete this account. I won't use yours again. I tried to use it after listening to the explanation.

I understand that you're trying to delete a Statuspage organisation and then the whole Atlassian account - could you please follow the steps described here to do that? https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/delete-a-page-or-organization/
