I am trying to call this endpoint:  https://developer.statuspage.io/#operation/putPagesPageIdIncidentsIncidentId

I can not use it because of the error in the title, only DELETE is allowing me to "resolve" the incident.

GET requests for the same incident id that I'm trying to PATCH/PUT are as expected

Hello @Momchil Lambovski

Thank you for contacting the Atlassian Community!

It sounds like you're encountering an error when attempting to update incidents using the PUT or PATCH methods.

I have tested updating an incident using both the PATCH and PUT endpoints on my end, and both operations work without any issues. This suggests that the problem might be related to the specifics of your request.

Please double-check the payload you're sending with your PUT or PATCH request. Ensure that it adheres to the structure and requirements specified in the Statuspage API documentation. An incorrect payload could be causing the issue.

If you still continue to experience the problem to further investigate and resolve this issue, we recommend opening a support ticket with our Statuspage support team. You can do so by visiting the following link: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/. In your ticket, please include the specific page and exact payload information you're using in your requests. This will help our support team to better understand and diagnose the issue.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Regards
