How can i customize information appearing in the email notifications sent to the subscribers of a Statuspage?

Example : how to remove "View full incident details" hyperlink at the end of the incident message box?

Statuspage offers several options to customise the look and feel of your email notifications. Here's what you can currently adjust:

  • Colours – You can customise the background, border, font, and impact colours used in notification emails. These are managed under Your page → Customise page and email → Colours tab.

  • Logo – Add your own logo (or other image) to the top of subscriber emails. Recommended sizes are 320×100 or 640×200.

  • Custom "From" and "Reply-to" email addresses – Set a branded sender address and a reply-to address for subscriber responses.

  • Footer message – Add a custom footer to all notification emails using Common Markdown (up to 2,000 characters). This is a great place for disclaimers, additional context, or support links.

You can configure all of these under Your page → Customise page and email → Customise email tab. Once you've made changes, use the Send test email option to preview the results before sending them to subscribers.

Regarding your specific question about removing the "View full incident details" hyperlink from the incident email body - unfortunately, that link is part of the default email template and cannot be removed or hidden at this time. The customisation options listed above apply to branding elements (colours, logo, footer, sender addresses), but the core structure and content of the incident notification body—including links such as "View full incident details"—are not editable.
