Need help from an Atlassian human but can't get to one

Quick history: had paid version of status page, assigned a custom domain, downgraded, now Atlassian is holding the ssl certificate 'hostage' as both we and them use Cloudflare. Known issue, but AI bot cannot help me as there is no support if you're not paying Atlassian money. Clear bug in the system - when you lose the custom domain, the SSL certificate should be released - but not sure what to do? Not even sure if I sign up for paid again I can fix this issue? Any pointers will be helpful, feeling very sour about Atlassian right now after many years of thinking they weren't like Google et al and massively over automating support. Too bad.

Thank you both of you. Cloudflare were able to help me. It's very encouraging to get two answers so quickly. The AI told me definitively it couldn't help, there might be a feature there where the AI recognizes a problem and then alerts someone. But for me the problem is solved. Thank you!
