We seem to have a common issue within the team.
We can't seem to find our previously created "teams" and "assignee".
Creating a new Jira ticket is then, not possible.
We noticed this issue this morning, and when we click on "team" while creating a new ticket - we can't find any and we have only the option "create a team".
Same with the "assignee" or members of the team, we seem to be able to see only our own individual as the assignee but not the others.
Is this a common issue ? Do you think you can help us ?
I would say this is an incident on Atlassian's side. There is still nothing reported on the status page, but I expect they will post an update shortly.
I'm also seeing some other cloud-related failures affecting users, so I believe these issues may be correlated.
