Is there a way to expose incident metadata in create incident view?

I would like incident commanders to populate some metadata when creating an incident. Is it possible to add it when using manage status page UI?

I'm Scot from the Statuspage Support team in APAC.

No, it's not possible to add metadata that isn't part of the published incident updates through the Statuspage management UI.  Statuspage is primarily a communication tool, designed to allow you to publish and notify en masse, interested subscribers to your Statuspage.

Statuspage works as part of your ITSM Incident Notification process, but isn't a complete ITSM incident management tool, which is our Jira Service Management product.
