We are currently exploring a potential server-to-cloud migration for our Atlassian suite. As part of our due diligence, we are required to ensure that all cloud services used by the university meet the Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP) certification standards for handling confidential or regulated data.
We are specifically interested in knowing if Atlassian Statuspage (https://twu-edu.statuspage.io) is TX-RAMP certified, and if so, at what level (Level 1 or Level 2), and for which hosting plans (Free / Standard / Premium).
If it is not yet certified, is there a roadmap or plan in place to pursue TX-RAMP certification?
We appreciate any official guidance or documentation Atlassian can provide related to TX-RAMP certification status for Statuspage.
Hey Vonnie,
Thanks for reaching out to the Statuspage Community. Statuspage is currently not TX-RAMP certified but you might find that we already have most of the features and security measures you need for your use case.
You can check out these links below for more information:
I know we have multiple government entities and public universities using Statuspage.
If you have any more questions, feel free to raise a ticket with us at support.atlassian.com.
