Hello and welcome to Atlassian Community @Debra Adametz 

Community members cannot cancel an account or subscription for you, because that requires access to your Statuspage billing/account settings.

If you manage the account try:

Open the Statuspage management interface.
Click your avatar in the top right.
Go to Billing.
Select the Statuspage you want to cancel.
Use Cancel the subscription or the cancellation link shown there.

If you wanna instead delete your account, please follow both of these KB articles:

If you do not see the cancellation option, or if you want Atlassian to remove account/page data for you, you should contact Atlassian/Statuspage Support directly.
