Changing the headline of the status io emails- removing the word incident

Hi,

I am looking for email customization for statusio subject line .. we need to change it so it doesn't have the word "incident" in the subject.

Hey there Basma,

We chatted in a support ticket about this, but I wanted to get a reply out here as well!

As it stands right now, there is no way to change the word 'incident' in the subject line of an email. That particular word choice is hard coded into the project and our email templates.

I'll be opening a feature request to track this internally, but it is not something on the roadmap right now.
