Change Organisation Admin

The Organisation Admin for my page has now left the organisation. As I'm only a 'User Access Admin' I cannot remove her, which means I also cannot add or remove other site admins as I would like to do. Our internal IT have informed me that they are unable to change the contacts on an Altassian account. Is there a way for Altassian to resolve this for me?

I have been in this situation and I can confirm that Atlassian Support will be able to help you.
However, I see that you are on the Free plan. This plan doesn't have support available so I recommend to start a free trial first.
