Hola, coloque un custom CSS y HTML en la pagina de customizacion en status page y ahora no puedo borrarlo, se queda en un bug y no puedo seguir probando. Ayuda para salir del bug

Hello, I added custom CSS and HTML on the customization page in Statuspage, and now I can’t delete it. It gets stuck in a bug and I can’t continue testing. I need help to get out of this bug.

Try following these steps:

1. Make sure you are here first: https://manage.statuspage.io/pages/[YOUR_SITE]/design
2. In your browser, go to Settings -> JavaScript.
3. Disable JavaScript globally.
4. Click on the "Customize HTML & CSS" button. This should open the customization page.
5. Go back to Settings -> JavaScript.
6. Enable JavaScript globally.
7. Click on the "Undo all my changes" button.
8. The page should reload with the pre-bugged code version of your page.

Intenta con estos pasos:

2. En el navegador, ve a Configuración -> JavaScript.
3. Deshabilita JavaScript globalmente.
4. Pincha en el botón "Customize HTML & CSS". Esto debería abrir la página de customización.
5. Vuelve a Configuración -> JavaScript.
6. Habilita JavaScript globalmente.
7. Pincha en "Undo all my changes".
8. La página debería cargar de nuevo con la versión del código anterior a la del bug que metiste.

You will need to submit a technical support case for the Statuspage product. You will go to support.atlassian.com and select technical issues, then select statuspage from the list of products on the right. 

We will get you sorted in a customer support ticket.
