need to turn off the right sidebar panel

My app used to be that when I clicked a ticket, it would open. Now it places it in the right sidebar and opens the ticket in a different window. 

The answer given to me did not correct the issue.

Hey Toura, 

I would recommend continuing to use your last post need to turn off the right sidebar panel to discuss this issue as opening multiple posts for this might cause some confusion. 

Also, in the other post, maybe provide a screenshot of the issue, but I have a feeling it isn't possible to turn this off.
