The "Ask Rovo" function is not responding

@Zenith Admin welcome to the community.  If “Ask Rovo” isn’t responding (no output or generic error), a few common causes to check:

  • Site-wide issue → ask if others are seeing it too
  • AI/Rovo disabled → Admin → Apps → AI settings
  • Browser/session issue → hard refresh or try another browser
  • Permissions → confirm the user has Rovo access

If multiple users are impacted, it’s often a temporary backend issue. In that case, capture timestamps and raise with Atlassian Support.

Dear @Zenith Admin , it would be great if you explain your question little. What do you mean by" not responding. I just checked its working fine
