How to Migrate Data from Basecamp to Jira project Management?

I have total 8 user with multiple projects along with the respective clients in Basecamp and I want to move all of them into Jira, Please help me with the possibilities so we can migrate all the data from Basecamp and can switch from basecamp to jira.

Hi @Roy Roy and welcome to the community!

Unfortunately there is no direct import tool from Basecamp to Jira so your best option is to do a csv-export from Basecamp and use the generic csv import in jira.

Thank you for your reply, could you please also inform me that do we also have to pay for the client acount for adding any client into any project ?

And we can keep the client information private from other users , correct ?
