Hello Saikiran,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Trusted users in Cloud products are users that are able to invite other users and have administrative permissions. Only site-admins have permission to delete users, add and remove from groups and so on.

On Cloud there are two main groups:

Site-admins: Has permission only to manage users. It means that this user can access the Administration menu.

Administrators: Can access Jira Settings to manage the site, but not manage users.

Without needing to go through site admins, trusted users can add new users and install new products on their site and configure them. However, only site admins have the power to choose who can become a trusted user and can change these permissions at any time.

Manage Jira & Confluence sites quicker and easier

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Angélica
