opsgenie schedule override option not showing for user

all my team mates have roles as USER. they do not see the option of OVERRIDE on their shift schedule, but being admin i can see that option.

Override an on-call schedule

we are trying to utilise this feature but dont see the option. any permission missing? please guide

This is normal behavior, as the user would have less access than other users or custom roles.
