opsgenie schedule override option not showing for user

all my team mates have roles as USER. they do not see the option of OVERRIDE on their shift schedule, but being admin i can see that option.

 

as explained in article - https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/override-an-on-call-schedule/ 

Override an on-call schedule

we are trying to utilise this feature but dont see the option. any permission missing? please guide

Users can add overrides for themselves only, whereas admins can add overrides for other users:
