can you setup to recieve an alert via sms to opsgenie which then raises an alert to the app

We have  a product that will only send out notifications via SMS.. these are critical as they have to do with safety systems on ships, we have some users who live in dodgy cell reception areas, we want to see if we can use opsgenie to recieve an SMS and then send out an alert via the application on users phones attached to wifi.

Hello @Marc Dorey

From my perspective, integrating SMS notifications into OpsGenie requires using an SMS-to-email gateway service.

Configure the SMS messages to forward to an email address that OpsGenie monitors, then set up an alert rule in OpsGenie to notify users via the app.
