alert is Firing in grafana but not received in opsgenie

Everything is perfectly configured in grafana like label , Data source ,contact point and Notification policies as well  everthing and alert is firing in grafana but not receiving in opsgenie but Test alert is getting in opsgenie?can any one help here.

Hi @Puspaketu Nayak ,

My colleague published a Community Article that might help with identifying why an Opsgenie alert was not created. You can review that here:

Integration not creating Opsgenie alert

 

The best place to troubleshoot an issue like this is the Logs tab. If Opsgenie is receiving requests from Grafana, they'd log even if there were errors. If no requests are being received, then it's most likely a minor misconfiguration on the Grafana side.
