Hello, I’m not sure who to reach out to for this, when I try to open a Support ticket thru Atlassian Support I get to where I typically would place our Site URL, which is:
https://(SiteName).app.opsgenie.com/
It is telling me:
This doesn't look like an Atlassian Cloud URL you're typing.
I'm selecting Technical Support and OpsGenie.
Not sure why it’s no longer valid or who our Site Admin is to regain Support access.

Hi @Tom Davison and welcome to the Community!
I do not have a standalone OpsGenie version, so I am not sure what such a url normally looks like. However, standard Atlassian cloud sites usually have a URL that looks like https://(SiteName).atlassian.net. If you do have an Atlassian site with a url like that, try to enter that one to get past the validation.
