Hi, We have been having issues migrating OpsGenie to our existing JSM Premium for more than 3 months.
The issue we are facing is Opsgenie doesnt recognise our JSM Premium site and is asking us to buy the licenses. Initially Atlassian support mentioned that our data residency between the two platform is different hence the issue. We have since moved the data residency, but still the same issue and Atlassian Support isn't being very effective in resolving this for us
Has anyone else faced a similar issue? What was the resolution?
